Application Procedure for Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship

云南师范大学2021年云南省政府奖学金招生工作已经开始，现将申请办法公布如下：
The application for Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship 2021 has already started. Details are as follows:
一、招生国别
Potential Countries
以“一带一路” 沿线国家和南亚、东南亚、国家为主，兼顾其他国家。
Priority will be given to “Belt and Road “countries, South Asian, Southeast Asian and other countries;
二、奖学金内容
Scholarship Coverage
1.免注册费、学费、基本教材费；
A waiver of registration, tuition and basic textbooks fees;
2.提供校内住宿；
Free on-campus dormitory accommodation;
3.提供奖学金生活费；
Monthly living allowance:
4.提供来华留学生综合保险。
Comprehensive Medical Insurance and Protection Scheme for International Students in China.
三、申请条件 Enrollment Eligibility
1. 本科生：须具有高中学历，HSK(四级)180分或以上，年龄不超过25周岁；
Applicants who apply for a bachelor degree are required to have completed their study at a high school with HSK (level four) 180 scores or above and are under 25 years of age;
2.硕士研究生：须具有学士学位， HSK(五级)180分或以上，年龄不超过35周岁；
Applicants who apply for a master degree are required to have a bachelor degree with HSK (level five) 180 scores or above and are under 35 years of age;
四、申请截止时间：2021年4月20日
Application Deadline: April 20th, 2021
五、申请材料(*为必备材料) Application Documents (*is required)
*1.《云南省政府奖学金申请表》；
Application Form of Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship;
*2. 护照首页复印件；
A photocopy of the first page of the passport;
*3.最高学历证书和成绩单原件扫描件；应届毕业生在申请时提供预毕业证，注册报到时须补交毕业证和学位证；中英文以外的文本需附经公证的中文或英文翻译件；
Highest diploma (scanned copies of the original notarized degree certificate and diploma) and transcripts. If applicants are graduating, they must provide a study certificate and submit graduate certificate and diploma certificate when register. Documents in language other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;
*4. HSK证书复印件；
A photocopy of HSK result report;
*5.申请攻读硕士学位者需出具两名副教授以上的推荐信；
Applicants who apply for master degrees are required to have two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English written by professors or associate professors;
*6. 来华学习计划（用中文或英文书写）；
A study or research plan signed by the applicant in Chinese or in English;
*7.《外国人体格检查记录》复印件，来华时请携带原件；
A photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form, please bring the original copy when coming to China;
8.无犯罪记录证明；
Certificate of No Criminal Conviction
9.获奖证明。

六、申请流程 Application Procedure
1.在线申请 Online Application:：登录 http://ynnu.at0086.cn/student 系统，在线填写申请信息，并上传相关申请材料。同时下载《云南省政府奖学金申请表》，填写后上传到系统中；
Applicants should go to http://ynnu.at0086.cn/student to register online and upload the related application materials. Meanwhile, download the Application Form for Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship, fill in the form and upload it to the system.
2.在线查看申请状态：可通过申请系统查询申请进度和状态；
Check the application status online: please check your application progress and status through the application system.
3.请定期查看系统的信息和查收邮件，以免错过重要的通知。
Check your email: please check the system messages and your email regularly to avoid missing important notifications.
七、录取 Acceptance
申请者可在云南师范大学国际学生管理系统http://ynnu.at0086.cn/student查询录取结果。同时，学校通过国际快递为获奖者寄发《录取通知书》和JW202表。请确保系统里填写的英文地址详细和准确。
Applicants can check your result on http://ynnu.at0086.cn/student.Yunnan Normal University will post the Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202) to the scholarship students. Please make sure that the English address in the system is detailed and correct.
